This item is made to the highest standard with dovetail joints by skilled cabinet makers, this is NOT flat packed.

**Please note that once this unit has been plumbed in, the top drawer will become redundant for allow for the waste. The middle and bottom drawer will still function normally**

We would strongly recommend that with all our oak bathroom vanity work tops with bowls sitting on them are coated once a year with a clear satin yacht varnish. Doing this will ensure that the oak and lacquer finish remains well protected and will look as good as new for the lifetime of the item. When they are delivered our entire oak bathroom range is coated in a satin lacquer which if regularly waxed will ensure that water does not penetrate the lacquer and damage the unit’s finish. We always recommended you wipe dry the oak worktop and not let water settle on it.
