Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE with your order, the delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day to deliver, the delivery of large oak items is on a pallet with a one man delivery service. The delivery will be as close to the front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) and then it is up to you the customer to get your order into your home, so please have help on hand when you organise your delivery day. Two Man Service
Please allow for up to 10 days for your order to arrive using this service, delivery will take place on a specific day booked directly with ourselves, the day before your booked delivery day you will recieve a text with your AM/PM slot. This service will be a two man delivery and your order will be brought into your home into a downstairs room of your choice. So that you have complete peace of mind the package(s) will be opened so that you can have a full check of your furniture. Any queries please call 0844 811 22 76.

24 Hour Next Working Day Delivery
This delivery upgrade will ensure that your in stock item will be delivered the next possible working day Monday-Friday (please be aware a next day delivery will only take place on orders recieved before 2pm, after this time your order will leave the next working day for a next day delivery, should an order be placed after 2pm on a Friday delivery will take place on a Tuesday). The delivery is on a pallet with a one man delivery service, this will be as close to your front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) it is then up to you the customer to get your furniture into your home, so please have help on hand for your delivery day. PLEASE NOTE ONLY ITEMS ON A ONE WEEK DELIVERY CAN BE UPGRADED TO 24 HOUR DELIVERY.The upgrade cost for a 24 hour delivery will be £20.00

We are only able to deliver online orders to you if you have a permanent address on the UK mainland. We will endeavour to fulfil your order by the date set out in the e-mail or phone conversation by which we confirmed your order.
Where this e-mail did not contain such a date we shall endeavour to fulfil your order within the time-scales advertised on the individual products on your order. If you have a postcode starting with AB, BT, DD, HS, IV, IM, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO30+ & ZE they are subject to a delivery surcharge, please contact us for details.
Although delivery is free it is subsidised by ourselves to a third party company, if a change of mind/return has been requested we reserve the right to charge all delivery costs incurred by ourselves for the cancelled transaction. This includes all delivery charges and return fees from our courier. Orders totaling less than 30kg may be dispatched by post or courier.
Delivery is only available on a midweek day from 9am - 6pm. Larger items will arrive on a pallet to further protect the goods and will be delivered by a pallet truck to your door, with heavy items you may need help to bring your purchase indoors as the driver is only responsible for delivering the pallet to a downstairs doorway (this is only if there are no obstacles in the way e.g. narrow pathway or gravel drive) . The standard vehicle utilised for deliveries is a 7.5ton vehicle, dimensions are 6 metres in length 2.4 metres wide and 2.10 metres high. If you are unable, for whatever reason to take delivery of your goods on the pre-arranged delivery day and we have already dispatched your goods, or we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we shall be entitled to charge you to rearrange the delivery of your item or cancel your order and refund your payments less an aborted delivery fee levied by our carriers, a return charge will also be made per item.
The return charge mentioned will be applicable immediately after the items have left our warehouse, i.e. if the order is cancelled after we have despatched the item but before delivery to the final destination, the return charge levied by our carriers will still be applicable. If our carriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or the value thereof.
Please ensure you check the package for any signs of damage. If the packaging on your product arrives with any visible damage please ensure you make a note of this at the time of signing, as a claim for damaged products cannot be processed if signed for as being in perfect condition. Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Homefurnitureland.co.uk or any reasonable rescheduling of delivery. You have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within seven (7) working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within those seven (7) working days.
You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. Although delivery is free it is subsidised by ourselves to a third party company, if a change of mind/return has been requested we reserve the right to charge all delivery costs incurred by ourselves for the cancelled transaction.
